Limited Warranty
Hush Puppy Project warrants the materials, construction and fitting of the Hush Puppy Slide Lock Device and other components installed by the Hush Puppy Project to be free from manufacturing or assembly defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase {the "warranty period") by the original purchaser {the person who completed an ATF Form 4473 for the purchase). If a Hush Puppy Slide Lock Device or other components installed by the Hush Puppy Project fail to function during the warranty period, Hush Puppy Project will repair or replace the part{s) at its sole discretion with the cost of shipping paid by the warranty holder, return shipping to be paid by Hush Puppy Project.
Model 2 Limited Warranty
Hush Puppy Project® warrants the materials, construction, and assembly of all metal components of the Model 2 silencer for the lifetime of the product. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser. Wipes and O-rings are consumable components designed to be replaced through normal use and are therefore not covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abusive or improper use.
Abusive treatment includes, but is not limited to: use of reloaded ammunition; use with a full-automatic firearm; use
with any caliber other than 9mm Luger; firing with an obstructed muzzle; firing any ammunition other than Full Metal Jacket while wipes are installed; or any use outside normal operating conditions that subjects the Model 2 to damage.
If the owner believes the Model 2 has a defect in materials or workmanship, they must contact Hush Puppy Project® to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning the product. Once an RMA is issued, the Model 2 must be shipped to Hush Puppy Project® at the owner’s expense for warranty evaluation. Hush Puppy Project® will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the silencer. Return shipping will be covered by Hush Puppy Project®.
